Progress Rd, Richlands
This project delivered 168 town homes across three separate stages. The successful delivery of this project saw issues such as road connectivity, conflict with Council’s broader planning intent and vegetation overcome. The project is now under construction with the majority of dwellings already presold.

Festival Place, Newstead
This landmark development in the burgeoning Newstead Gasworks precinct saw the delivery of two award winning towers ranging between 15 and 25 storeys in height. In total, a vibrant mixed use project was delivered including 366 apartments with a hotel and restaurant dining interface at ground level.

Padstow Rd, Eight Mile Plains
The development of these two sites for the same developer saw some 37 town homes delivered within a residential pocket undergoing transition from large rural homes to infill dwellings. The development achieved record sales based on the efficient design while also overcoming site constraints that included site access, vegetation and density.

Jennings St, Zillmere
This small scale multi residential development delivered 5 townhouses within an expedited assessment process. The approval was obtained within 5 days of public notification completion allowing the total project to be completed within 12 months of site acquisition.

Lamington Ave, Ascot
The repurposing of an existing 1960’s block of units to create 9 modern dwellings was achieved via Council’s Risksmart process. This saw an additional level installed over the existing flats while enabling reduced parking rates, thus enabling additional dwelling yield.
