Our involvement within this project saw us provide a variety of skills/services including Planning Due Diligence for acquisition of the master planned community, Subsequent restructuring of development strategy to achieve commercially viable outcomes, Coordination of regional infrastructure to unlock development potential, Subsequent fine grain land subdivision planning and Negotiations for protected vegetation at local, State & Federal levels

• This 3 lot subdivision optimised the sites location within close proximity to an existing commercial centre thereby enabling the creation of small scale residential allotments. Our due diligence and site planning enabled the creation of irregular shaped allotments that allowed for efficient house planning across the subsequent allotments.
